We are building an HFT (High Frequency Trading) platform to do fully automated algorithmic trading in the European power market. This requires the utmost attention to high-performance code where every microsecond counts, simply to be faster than the competitors. By maintaining a lean and agile structure, we can swiftly adapt to industry changes and challenges, giving us a competitive edge over larger, less flexible companies.

As our main energy trader, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring European energy markets and ensuring our algorithms remain agile and effective. You'll be responsible for making strategic 

adjustments based on real-time data, encompassing everything from weather reports to power plant outages. Your insights will help us optimize our trading strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.

• Extensive knowledge of energy market dynamics, including intra-day operations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to adjust strategies based on real-time data.

• Experience in trading strategies and risk management.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
